Hey all! It’s been a while! I hope you are all doing well!
Life has seemed extra busy lately, but I am determined to reach my goals and take control of my time! In order to do so, on April 8th, I am starting a 10-week challenge! Stay tuned for more details!
Just stopping by to share my Habit Tracker! One more successful week down means one more week closer to my goals!
Habit Tracker Week 2!
A couple of days ago, I mentioned struggling with the time change. It’s dark more than it is light, which makes me sleepy. I restarted taking my vitamin D, and about mid-day I open the blinds; this has really seemed to help. I am not ready for bed at 6:30pm, the last 2 nights LOL. I also order a personal sunlight lamp, which I will start using tomorrow.
I would love to hear about your goals, habits, wellness challanges, wellness vitories, etc….
I’m just stopping by to share my tracker and what I’ve been up to today!
Week 2 is going well!
So far, I am keeping up with my habits. Yay! Every time I check one off, I know I am one step closer to my goals!
Today started out very slow motion. Breakfast, reading, a load of laundry, reading, lunch, reading, LOL, then we went to the movies!! We saw Wakanda Forver. Now I’m home about to watch a Hallmark movie 📽 🎄😌!
How did your week go? Are you working on any habits or goals? How did your Saturday go? Anything exciting going on this weekend?
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. – Theodore Roosevelt
Sometimes, we overcomplicate things which inturn causes us to procrastinate or worse…… Never start! What is something you want to do but have talked yourself out of? What is a small step you can take to just start? Think about it?
I always wanted to blog and/or vlog but would always convince myself not to, or when I did try, I would give up too easily. I finally realized that if it was something I wanted to do, then I should just do it and commit to it. I set a date, came up with a plan, and then just started! I proved to me that I could!
