No Excuse November Day 13: Sharing Saturday & Sunday

Hi all! I hope you had a great weekend!

Today was pretty low key. I grocery shopped, had to hit Sally’s, cooked, laundry, etc… We have a big weekend coming up next week, so I tried to just to get some downtime today. What about you? How was your weekend?

I noticed since the time change last weekend, I’m getting tired way too early. Does this happen to anyone else? I restarted taking my vitamins, especially my vitamin D! What do you do for winter time fatigue or blues? I’m considering getting a UV light.

Be Peaceful,

No Excuse November Day 12: Sharing Saturday & Sunday!

Weekends are made for sharing!

I’m just stopping by to share my tracker and what I’ve been up to today!

Week 2 is going well!

So far, I am keeping up with my habits. Yay! Every time I check one off, I know I am one step closer to my goals!

Today started out very slow motion. Breakfast, reading, a load of laundry, reading, lunch, reading, LOL, then we went to the movies!! We saw Wakanda Forver. Now I’m home about to watch a Hallmark movie ๐Ÿ“ฝ ๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ˜Œ!

How did your week go? Are you working on any habits or goals? How did your Saturday go? Anything exciting going on this weekend?

Be Peaceful,

~Nettie

No Excuse November Day 9: Wellness Wednesday

What is your game plan to achieve Wellenss? Do you have specific Wellness goals?

In this past week, I shared my plan for No Excuse November in which I am working on specific habits that are steps to my long term goals!

Week one is complete, and I met what I set out to. I struggled a few times with the urge to make excuses for not completing my habits but then reminded myself that this was #NoExcuseNovember.

I am loving the earlier wake-up time! I get about 10 minutes to myself in the morning and am much less rushed!

When we learned about the 8 demisions of Wellness last month, we learned that all aspects of our lives are included in Wellness. Therefore all of our goals are Wellness goals!

I would love to hear what goals or habits you are working on and see how you are tracking.

Be Peacful,

~Nettie

No Excuse November Day 8: Tasty Tuesday

Welcome to Tasty Tueday! This week, it was hard to pick a favorite tasty dish because I had a few!

The winner was the Blue Apron dish One-Pot Tomato & Parmesan Risotto with Crispy Prosciutto. I had never cooked Risotto before, and my husband wasn’t sure he had ever eaten it, so this was a first for us both!
