In this past week, I shared my plan for No Excuse November in which I am working on specific habits that are steps to my long term goals!
Week one is complete, and I met what I set out to. I struggled a few times with the urge to make excuses for not completing my habits but then reminded myself that this was #NoExcuseNovember.
I am loving the earlier wake-up time! I get about 10 minutes to myself in the morning and am much less rushed!
When we learned about the 8 demisions of Wellness last month, we learned that all aspects of our lives are included in Wellness. Therefore all of our goals are Wellness goals!
