One Tiny Itty Bitty Change!

Hey everybody! We are only a few days away from starting a new healthier lifestyle with “The first Nine Weeks” so I will be posting a lot more over the next few days!

By healthier lifestyle I do not just mean physical health but instead our entire being! Health should encompass our mental and spiritual health as well as our physical!
I have talked about habits and goals on here recently. What is one tiny itty bitty thing you could do today to help your long-term health!?! Let me know in the comments!
Here is mine: I am using Stevia in my coffee instead of sugar!
Change does not have to be dramatic or stressful. Change can be calm and peaceful!

Hello!

Hello everyone! I know it’s been a long time! I am going to try to post more often! Also I still plan to start my plan, “The First Nine Weeks”! In the meantime I am starting back on a healthy lifestyle via Herbalife! (I had great results in the past and just got away from it. Excited to start again!)

Just an update on my world: I have had a lot of job changes since October! I haven’t made much progress with my physical health 😕. My mental health has definitely improved! My peace levels are rising! Relationships with others are working themselves out, one way or the other. Overall comfort and happiness is much better! My husband and son have had a lot of changes too but are dealing well and leveling out 😊 I feel we have grown much closer during all of our recent changes.

Well that’s about it! Hope all is well with you!

Be peaceful!

Life’s Challenges Will Sharpen You

My Positive Outlooks's avatarMy Positive Outlooks

I know people who feel like they’ve wasted years of their lives because of poor choices. They spent years in a relationship that was toxic, years with an addiction, years at a job where they weren’t fulfilled. But you have to realize, nothing you have been through is ever wasted. Your past experiences, good and bad have deposited something on the inside of you. Those challenges have sharpened you, to make who you are today. — Unknown

Goals: Daily & weekly goal setting!

Hey everyone! I apologize for the delay in starting “The First Nine Weeks”. I have had a few personal situations that I needed to focus on. I will be kicking it off shortly! I will announce a start date, post sheets to log progress, start a count down and provide other tools to help everyone get started and have long-term success!

In the meantime: How do you achieve large or long-term goals? Start with small goals of course! My long-term goals are to live a Healthy, Happy and peaceful life! So I need to take steps to get there! “The First Nine Weeks!” is going to help a lot with these lifestyle changes. But we can start making changes now! Daily and weekly goals are a great tool!

My Weekly Goal: Bring lunch to work 4 out of 5 days and bring healthy snacks everyday!

Daily Goals:

Sunday: Go to the grocery and make sure I have a variety of healthy, yummy choices!

Monday morning: Get up early enough to pack snacks, lunch and make breakfast!

Monday evening: Make Tuesday’s lunch and snacks!

Tuesday morning: Make breakfast and don’t forget to grab your lunch and snacks!

Tuesday evening: Make Wednesday’s snacks and lunch! Make sure to bring a variety of snacks so I don’t get bored!

I have listed my weekly goal and first 48 hours worth of goals, please feel free to do the same so we can encourage each other!

You Will Eventually Find Your Path

Your path will become clear as long as you don’t give up faith!

Sometimes, the people who have been through many storms often take the longest to find their path because their sensitivity is a double edged sword, at their core lies great strength but they are more susceptible to life’s pains. Good thing the soul doesn’t know a thing about deadlines. — Unknown
