Hey everybody! We are only a few days away from starting a new healthier lifestyle with “The first Nine Weeks” so I will be posting a lot more over the next few days!
By healthier lifestyle I do not just mean physical health but instead our entire being! Health should encompass our mental and spiritual health as well as our physical!

Here is mine: I am using Stevia in my coffee instead of sugar!
Change does not have to be dramatic or stressful. Change can be calm and peaceful!
I replaced cute milk with almond milk. I’m hoping I can stick to that.
