I recently got a new supervisor at work and he is mostly vegetarian. So some of us decide to do a 7day semi-vegetarian challenge, as our way of welcoming him. Starting tomorrow I will be eating a Lacto – Ovo – Pesco diet. Basically I am eating a mostly plant based diet and allowing dairy, eggs and seafood. For more info on a Vegetarian diet click below!
