70 Day Challenge! My plan! Day 1, How’d It Go?

Hey all!

As mentioned in my post this morning, I am restarting my journey! My journey has always been about overall well-being. I am going to start this new journey with a 70 day/10 week challenge!

Week 1: Eat 5-6 times a day. Stay within my daily (28) & Weekly (28) Weight Watchers points. Walk 20 minutes on at least 3 days!

Today I am eating 28 points & walked 26 minutes!

Below are pictures of my breakfast, lunch and 2 of my snacks. I haven’t had my 3rd snack or dinner but they are tracked in the below numbers!
